Why Proyoung International stops payout of their leaders?

Proyoung International claims to an International company but its just mere an another Indian mind set company one man army.
No vision no ethics when ever they want they change the compensation plan in last 2 years the plan has changed multiple times and every time distributors are sufferring due to the freqeunt changes.
The mind set of Proyoung Network Marketing is how to stop giving payout to distributors they raise flase written complaints from downlines and immediate stops paying not only the culprit but the whole line of sponsorship.
This is not acceptable in any big mlm company. Company should correct the attitude towards distributors. They are Independent Distrubutors not thier employees.

Proyoung have lot of things that seem very unethical and seem as the company in in bad debit they are best pay master in the compensation plan (Only written) but when times comes to release the payout they find out number of reason not to release payout eg. some time at the name of training some time at the name of start up kit and bala balala….
you may get impressed by the company presentation in the beginning but inside there is a dark story. products are not delivered on time and top leaders santched the down line associates. CEO and management does not listen. very poor customer care. 
Proyoung rather have become an investment plan where  Leader are forced to sell majorly PLS  worth Rs. 100000/- unit thus company is trying to come out of his old dues and leaders are getting into liabilities in long run … Be Ware
 

ProYoung International is a systematic fraud which is creating a Big mess in name of network marketing.
Mr.Anji reddy is a sharp minded person but he is using his mind to make the common man fool.He created a fool’s paradise.
He is cheating company’s leaders,Stockists & even raw material suppliers.
1.Making fool of its PBOs :
i- Company is claiming to be an international’s company subsidiary which is not true at all.Company is a true Indian company having Mr.Anji reddy & Mr.Praveen vasa as directors .Same can be cheked through Ministry of corporate affairs website.
ii- Company is selling its DESIGNATIONs like Diamond & Powe Diamond.Even after 4 years of the company No single person is able to acheive the Desingation through the Marketing plan of the company.
iii- Plan of the company changes thrice in a year so no stability in the company.
iv-No proper Education or Training system of the created by the company.Above all this is created as a marketing hype that company owns a Training system named EDP Acedemy.Company deducted payout of its leader’s in name of Fees of EDP acedemy without their proper consent.
v- The biggest part of this Fraud is PLS ( ProYoung Local Stockist ) through which company charged Rs 100000 from innocent customers & sell a designation named GOLD.So Old stock keep lying with Old PBOs whereas company’s leaders keep asking for new one every month.
vi- As whole company is one man army so one Leader can have promotion if he is able to please the CEO of the company and vice versa.
vii- Company’s leader have to bear the expenses of Seminars due to which they are showing their Gross Receipts but Net Profit of approx most of the leader’s remain negative.
These are the resaons most of the persons left the organization after acheivements of designations like Diamond & power diamond.
 
2.Making fools of Stockists
i- The Stockist of the company are big suffere in absence of proper plan & policies.Person who are investing big amount for being a stockist of the company have Old stocks lying as products /packaging of the company keep on changing on regular basis.
ii-Stockist are not receiving their payouts on timely basis.
